Formal charges have been brought against two men in connection with a suitcase robbery where a believed to be irritant spray resulted in harm at the UK's busiest airport.
Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, now face two robbery charges and two counts of using a harmful chemical, authorities have stated.
The charges follow an probe of an assault at the parking structure at Terminal 3 on the weekend. Earlier that day, two women were robbed of their suitcases taken after getting out of a parking garage elevator, police said.
