Jude Bellingham Played in an advanced position on the right and did plenty of defensive duties. Demonstrated flashes of quality and mishit an effort over. Substituted in the closing stages by Rogers, his rival, following a yellow card. Seven

Jarrod Bowen Was presented with England’s best chance before halftime, his strike smartly stopped from Thomas Strakosha. As a teammate hanging back, he had to offer an outlet down the right side although his balls from the touchline were inconsistent. Substituted with 15 to go. 6

Harry Kane The difference-maker scoring two more strikes for his country. The first a typical poacher’s finish and his next a superb header having drifted away from his marker. At 32, he’s only getting better and England stand a real opportunity next summer when he's in the team. 8/10

Eberechi Eze Struggled to make an impact from the left. Was presented with a decent opportunity after being played in by Bellingham however the keeper denied him. Rashford had a greater influence in his place. 5
